- Salmon- 1 can
- Eggs- 1
- Breadcrumbs- ½ cups
- Salt to taste
- Pepper- ½ tsp
- Diced onions- 1
- Olive oil for shallow frying
How To Make Salmon Patties
- Take the salmon pieces out of can and take off its skin and bones. Completely drain it of water and mix it with egg, pepper, onions, salt and breadcrumbs.
- Take this mixture and make patties of 2 inch in size.
- Drop the patties in oil and fry them till they are golden brown in color.
