Pomfret Garlic Pepper Sauce

Preparation Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Pomfret Garlic Pepper Sauce
- One pomfret
- 1 tablespoon coarsely grinded garlic
- Half tablespoon grinded peppercorn - 1/2 tbsp
- Two tablespoon refined oil
- One tablespoon light soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornflour mixture
- One cup chicken stock
How To Make Pomfret Garlic Pepper Sauce
- Firstly sprinkle some cornflour over the fish and then start frying it.
- Continue the frying process till it becomes golden brown in color and then leave it aside for sometime.
- Now take a big pan and heat some oil in it and then add crushed peppercorn in the pan and start frying it.
- Now add coarsely ground garlic in the pan and start frying again.
- Add some light sauce to the pan and then add chicken in it.
- Now check if it’s properly marinated or not and then form a layer using cornfour slurry.
- At the end of the process coat the fish and use coriander for garnishing the recipe.
