Masala Fried Fish

Preparation Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Masala Fried Fish
- No of Fish slice either (pomfret/rawas/ surmai)-six to eight
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 2 teaspoon of chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander
- 2 teaspoon of tamarind pulp
- 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
- Add salt according to taste
- Use semolina for coating
- Use oil for frying
How To Make Masala Fried Fish
- Firstly properly wash the fish and then season with chili powder, tamarind pulp, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric and salt.
- Now add some coriander leaves and leave it one side for round about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Take a frying pan and heat some oil in it.
- Now the fish slices should be properly coated with semolina
- Fry the fish slices slightly till they become crispy and turn golden brown in color.
- Place it on paper napkin so that it soaks the excess oil.
- Now the recipe is prepared and can be served hot with small pieces of onion and lemon.
