Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon
Brief Description
Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon is a delicious and tasty microwave cooked recipe. It requires very less preparation. It is easy and quick to make.
Preparation Time 45 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon
- Minced garlic - 2 tsp
- Cubed butter - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 6 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Hot pepper sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Salmon steaks or fillets - 5
How To Make Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon
- Take a small wok, add garlic and butter into it. Cook it. Add salt, pepper sauce, lemon juice, and pepper into the wok.
- Now shift about 2/3 rd cup of above mixture into a bowl. Keep aside for some time.
- Now put salmon fillets in a butter coated baking dish. Top with remaining butter of lemon. Saute for about 10-15 mins at a 4-6 inches above the heat. Make sure that the fish becomes tender.
- Serve Garlic lemon Butter Salmon with lemon butter.
