Garlic and Tomato Tilapia
Brief Description
Garlic and Tomato Tilapia is tasty and healthy dish. It is rich in protein. You can have this Garlic and Tomato Tilapia at dinners. It is best at its taste only in dinners.
Preparation Time 10 minutes Cooking Time 20 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Garlic and Tomato Tilapia
- Crushed Cloves of Garlic - 4
- Peeled, with seeds, and in circular shaped pieces tomato - 1 cup
- Sour cream - 5 tablespoon
- Pepper and salt as needed
- Tilapia fillets - 2
How To Make Garlic and Tomato Tilapia
- Take a medium sized bowl. Mix tomatoes and garlic. Mash them properly.
- Put sour cream into it and mix it properly.
- Shower some pepper and salt over it.
- Preheat the oven at 165° C. Now put the fish steaks into the baking dish, and place it into an oven and bake it for 10 mins.
- As fish is half baked, take it out from the oven and put sauce onto it.
- Now again place it into the oven and bake it for 10 more minutes or till fish becomes flaky.
- Garlic & Tomato Tilapia is ready to serve.
