Fish Salad
Brief Description
Fish Salad is a very tasty and spicy fish dish. It surely made your mouth full of water. It is good to have it in dinners.
Preparation Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Fish Salad
For marinating
- 1 kg – Hamour Fish
- 5 teaspoon – Juice of Lemon
- Salt as needed
For salad
- 1 - Red capsicum
- 1/4 cup – finely Chopped Celery stick
- 1/4 cup – Finely Chopped Dill Leaves
- 1/4 cup – Finely Chopped Spring Onions
- 1/4 cup - lemon
- 1/2 cup – Olive oil
- Salt as needed
- For frying - 1/4 cup of oil
How To Make Fish Salad
- Mix Salt and lemon Juice in a Bowl.
- Now using above mixture season the fish. Keep it aside for about 1 hour.
- Take a sauce pan, heat up 1/4 cup of oil.
- Place the marinated fish into the pan and fry them or grill the fish.
- Now remove the bones of the fish and cut them into small pieces.
- Add red capsicum in water and let it boil.
- Now remove the peel of the capsicum and chopped it finely. Set it aside to cool.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir it properly.
- Add the cooked pieces of fish into the above mixture and stir it properly.
