Fish Cutlet

Time to prepare 15 mins Time to cook 15 mins Serves 4 Ingredients For Fish Cutlet
- Fish - 1/2 kg
- Egg- 1
- Slice of bread - 1
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Bread crumbs - 1 Cup
- Green chilies – 1to 2
- Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
- Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - 1 Bunch
- Salt acc to taste
- Oil for shallow fry
How To Make Fish Cutlet
- Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder. Wash the marinated fish after 5 minutes.
- Steam the fish by keeping it over a sauce pan full of hot water. Now remove the bones of the fish and softly mash the fish with hands. Soak the slices of bread into water and then squeeze them out.
- Now add garam Masala, red chili powder, corn flour, garlic-ginger paste, coriander leaves, bread slices, green chilies, and salt.
- Mix the above ingredients very well and make the small balls from them. Flatten the balls little bit.
- Now take the egg beaten. Dip the pieces of cutlet into the egg beaten and then roll them in bread crumbs.
- Heat the little oil in a skillet. Fry the pieces till the color of the pieces turns brown.
- Fish cutlet is ready to serve. Garnish it with potato finger chips and chutney.
