Sonth Chutney Recipe
Brief Description
Sonth is basically dried ginger. Sonth ki chutney made easy to prepare at home, just follow the steps mentioned below.
Time to Prepare 10 minutes Cooking Time 20 minutes Serves 0 Ingredients For Sonth Chutney
- whole Amchoor- 120 gm
- Jaggery- 250 gm
- Red chili pepper- 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- ground spices- 1 tsp
- Ginger powder -1 ½ tsp
- Black Salt- 1 tsp
- white Cumin seed powder- 1 tsp
How To Make Sonth Chutney
- Keep the amchoor in 4 cups of water for the night.
- Bring the same water in which amchoor was to a boil.
- Now pass this through a sieve and keep adding a little water.
- Now add all the ground spices, red chili pepper, jaggery, sonth and cumin seed powder. Mix it all well and sonth chutney is ready.
