- fresh mint leaves- 1 bunch
- green chilies- 2
- tamarind pulp- 1 tbsp
- salt as needed
- a bit of water
How To Make Fresh Mint Chutney
- Soak tamarind in water for two hours beforehand.
- Wash and clean the mint leaves.
- Make a smooth paste with all the ingredients in a blender/mixer.
- Add water as per required consistency.
