Pineapple Chutney

- Pineapple- 1 small
- sugar -2 tbsp
- turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- oil- 3 tsp
- red chili powder- 1 tsp
- flour- 1 tsp
- jeera- 2 tsp
- saunf- 2 tsp
- mustard seeds- 2 tsp
- fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp
- onion seeds- 2 tsp
- salt as needed
How To Make Pineapple Chutney
- Pineapple should be cut into small pieces.
- Take a pan and heat oil in it. Put half the quantity of jeera, mustard seeds, saunf, onion seeds, fenugreek seeds and salt in the pan.
- Once all the spices have been sautéed, add turmeric, chili powder, pineapple pieces, sugar, salt and two cup of water.
- Let it simmer till pineapple is done.
- Now take the remaining amount of spices and grind them into powder after roasting them. Sprinkle this spices mixture on the chutney.
- Pineapple chutney is ready.
