Peanut Chutney Recipe
Brief Description
Peanut is small yet very tasty and useful item. It can be used in many ways and one of them is in form of chutney. Peanut chutney is a very famous side dish with idili and vadas.
Time to Prepare 10 minutes Cooking Time 05 minutes Serves 0 Ingredients For Peanut Chutney
- Peanut- ½ cup
- green chilies- 3 to 4
- coriander leaves- a few
- cumin powder- 1 tsp
- salt as needed
- sugar or jiggery as needed
How To Make Peanut Chutney
- Keep peanuts in water for half an hour. Remove their skin and keep them aside.
- Chop the green chilies. Grind green chilies and peanut together.
- Add cumin powder, salt, sugar (or jaggery) and mix it all again.
- Squeeze a lemon on it before serving
