Tangdi Golumbaaz
Brief Description
Delicious chicken bars prepared using egg, raisins and mustard paste. It can served well with sauce and use olives for garnishing
Preparation Time 20 mins Cooking Time 30 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Tangdi Golumbaaz

For the marination
- Oil-1 tbsp
- mustard paste-1 tsp
- red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
- chaat masala-1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- grated cheese -1/2 cup
- Chopped raisins ( chopped)- 2 tbsp
- beaten eggs-2
- breadcrumbs-1/2 cup
- Use oil for frying.
For the sauce
- Soya sauce-2 teaspoon
- tomato ketchup-1/2 cup
- Hint of tobacco sauce
- chilli flakes-1/2 teaspoon
- chilli chaat masala powder-1/2 teaspoon
For The Garnishing:
- capsicum Juliennes of green/ yellow-2 tbsp
- Sliced green stuffed olives-3 to 4.
How to make Tangdi Golumbaaz
- Firstly the chicken should be boiled in a standard way and then put some seasoning on it
- Now put the coating on the flesh portion using raisin mixture and cheese and then submerse it in beaten egg and form a coating using breadcrumbs.
- Now in some hot oil it should be deep fried till it becomes golden brown in color.
- Now take it off from heat and it is ready to serve hot.
- To prepared sauce combine all sauces together and then serve it.

Some Useful Tips
If you are thinking of preparing garlic, fresh chilli and ginger pastes at home, then make sure you add tablespoon of canola/hot vegetable/ sunflower cooking oil to the paste and mix it well this will ensure a longer life for the paste prepared. Refrigerate and use it as per your requirement.
