Tandoori Chicken Burger
Brief Description

Preparation Time 20 mins Cooking Time 15 mins Serves 2 Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken Burger
- Chicken breast fillets-500g
- Tandoori paste-100g
- Natural yoghurt Greek-style -2 tbsp
- fresh lemon juice-1 tbsp
- use Olive oil spray
- Lebanese cucumber-1
- Turkish bread rolls divided and properly toasted-4 large
- Baby spinach leaves-80g
- Thinly sliced ripe tomatoes-3
- For serving use fresh mint leaves
- mango chutney-120g
How to make Tandoori Chicken Burger
- First horizontally divide half the chicken and divide each chicken piece in half.
- Now mix lemon juice, yoghurt, tandoori paste in a ceramic dish or hollow glass and stir it well till it mixes well.
- Now add chicken in the mixture and bounce it to form a coating. And then cover it properly with plastic wrap and put it in fridge for 10mins to season.
- Take a chargill or barbecue grill and heat it in advance on medium-high flame.
- Use olive oil spray to slightly spray on both sides. Now add chicken to the barbecue and Start cooking every side for 2mins or till it gets completely cooked.
- At the same time to prepare minted yoghurt mix mint and yoghurt in a small flask.
- Now the cucumber should be sliced into thin ribbons with the help of vegetable peeler.
- Now expand minted yoghurt equally on every bread roll base.
- Now topping should be done using mint leaves, cucumber, tomato, spinach and chicken.
- Use the left out bread to top it and it can be served well with mango chutney.
