Brief Description

Preparation Time 20 mins Cooking Time 30 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Quik Chiken 65
- Boneless skinless chicken thighs-2 lb
- All cloves, spice, cardamom, cinnamon-1 tsp
- Garlic paste-1-1/2 tsp
- Ginger paste-1 -1/2 tsp
- Red chilies powder-2 tsp
- All-purpose flour-2 tsp
- Egg-1
- Red food coloring-4 Drops
- Yoghurt-2 Cups
- Green chilies-12
- Cornflour-2 tsp
- Lime juice-3 tsp
- Use vegetable oil for frying
- Add salt according to taste
- Use onions for garnishing
How to make Quik Chiken 65
- Firstly take a bowl and mix all the ingredients like all purpose flour, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, all spices, egg, corn flour in it and add salt in the mixture to thick batter.
- Add some water to the mixture if essential.
- Now start adding chicken pieces to the batter and season it for about 1 hour.
- Now deep fry this seasoned chicken pieces until they become golden in color
- Now take a sauce pan and heat 4 tsp oil in the pan and then add slit chillies, fried chicken pieces, red color and yoghurt in it and salt if needed.
- Now start the frying process and do this for about 4 to 5 minutes and then take it off from the heat.
- Finally add some lime juice in it and mix it properly and then garnish it with onions.

Some Useful Tips
Chili garlic sauce is an optional ingredient. It will still taste delicious even if you don’t add the sauce in it. Also the ingredients list should be arranged as like chilli powder, garam masala, green chillies etc., according to one spice levels.
