Mutton Chops With Green Masala

Preparation Time 20 mins Cooking Time 30 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Mutton Chops With Green Masala
- 1kg of Mutton chops
- 5 Green chillies
- 2 tbsp of Coriander powder
- 1 tsp of Cumin
- 2 tbsp of Ginger-garlic paste
- A bunch of Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp of Lemon juice
- 1 tsp of Pepper
- ½ tsp of Garam masala
- Add salt according to taste
- ½ tsp of Turmeric powder
- Use oil for frying
- 2 Eggs
- Use Bread crumbs as per requirement
- Use Plain flour as per requirement
How to make Mutton Chops With Green Masala
- Firstly cook the mutton in the cooker by adding turmeric and salt for about 10mins.
- Now open the cooker lid and start cooking it again for another 5mins and make sure that no liquid is left in the mutton.
- Now use the grinder to grind all the ingredients except bread crumbs, plain flour and egg and add salt in it according to your taste.
- Now start coating the masala on the mutton chops. First dip it in plain flour and then egg batter and finally in bread crumbs for deep frying.

Some Useful Tips
When the recipe is half cooked then put it on low heat until it’s done. This will help the gravy to get in to inner portions of the mutton.
