Murgh Musallam Stuffed
Brief Description
Murgh Mussallam Stuffed is a very famous and delicious recipe which can be made very easily. Follow this simple method to prepare Stufed Murgh Mussallam at home.
Preparation Time 10 mins Cooking Time 20 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Murgh Musallam Stuffed
- 1 Large Chicken
- 4 eggs
- 2 Cardamoms
- 4 Cloves
- 115 gm Onions
- 55 gm of Dry coconut
- 20 gm Coriander
- 225 gm Fat
- 225 gm Curds
- 10 gm Cumin
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 5 gm Chili powder
- Add salt according to taste
- 30gm Almonds
- Raisins 30gm
- Garlic 5gm
- 5 gm Poppy seeds
- 5 gm Pepper
How to make Murgh Musallam Stuffed
- Firstly clean and wash the chicken properly.
- Wash the inside portion with tepid water.
- Now mix two chopped hard boiled eggs, two raw eggs, sliced almonds, half the onions sliced, a pinch of the pepper, raisins and a small amount of salt altogether
- Now start stuffing the chicken with the prepared mixture and stitch it up.
- Start grinding dry coconut and remaining spices altogether and then mix it with 30gm of curd.
- Heat fat for long duration.
- Now put the stuffed chicken in the pan and cover it tightly and start cooking it on a gentle heat.
- Remove it when cooking is done and then take off all the stitches and put some gravy over it and it is ready to serve.

Some Useful Tips
If you are thinking of preparing garlic, fresh chilli and ginger pastes at home, then make sure you add tablespoon of canola/hot vegetable/ sunflower cooking oil to the paste and mix it well this will ensure a longer life for the paste prepared. Refrigerate and use it as per your requirement.
