Kheema Tikkis

Preparation Time 25 mins Cooking Time 25 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Kheema Tikkis
- Minced chicken- ΒΌ kg
- Shezwan sauce- 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder- 1 tsp
- Ginger- garlic paste- 1 tbsp
- Vinegar- 1 tsp
- Rice flour- 1 tsp
- Maida- 2 tsp
- Boiled noodles- 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
How to make Kheema Tikkis
- Wash the chicken kheema and drain it off any additional water.
- Chicken should be left for 10 minutes after being mixed with vinegar.
- Mix in red chili powder, shezwan sauce, and salt and ginger- garlic paste.
- Add on maida and rice flour to act as binding for the tikkis. Make balls of equal size and then flatten them into tikki shape.
- Put boil noodles on one side of tikkis and press them in a bit.
- Deep fry all the tikkis.
- Goes well with tomato sauce.

Some Useful Tips
- Instead of adding powdered spices or paste you can also add them in solid form. Green chili etc can be added in sliced form.
