Chicken Wings
Brief Description
Chicken wings are essentially deep fried wings of a chicken coated in a special sauce. It’s a very unique and world famous recipe.
Preparation Time 10 mins Cooking Time 25 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Chicken Wings
- Chicken wings- 6
- Ginger- garlic paste- 1 tbsp
- All purpose flour-2 tbsp
- Corn flour- 2 tbsp
- Beaten eggs- 2
- Pepper/ chili powder- ¼ tsp
- Sugar- a pinch
- Salt as required
- Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
- Oil
How to make Chicken Wings
- In a bowl add Soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, sugar. Take bowl and mix ginger- garlic paste, sugar and soy sauce into it.
- Drop in the chicken wings and coat them well and keep it aside for 30 min.
- Take all purpose flour, corn flour, pepper, salt and beaten eggs and mix them altogether into a smooth batter.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Take wings one by one and dip them into the batter and coat them evenly before dropping into oil for deep frying.
- Once done serve them got with julienned onions or celery.

Some Useful Tips
- To make sure your homemade chili, garlic and ginger paste stays fresh for long add a tbsp of hot vegetable/ sunflower/ canola oil into it and mix well. Keep them in refrigerator and use when necessary.
