Lauki Burfi
Brief Description

- Grated calabash- 2 cups
- Milk- 1l
- Khoya- 1 cup
- Sugar- 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder- 1 tbsp
- Green color- ΒΌ tsp
How To Make Lauki Burfi
- Take a pan and boil milk in it.
- Now add the grated calabash (lauki) in milk.
- When milk starts to condense add sugar, khoya and green color.
- Once the mixture starts leaving the side of the pan transfer it to a greased aluminum tray.
- Sprinkle cardamom and let it set before cutting into pieces.
- Lauki Burfi is ready to be served.
