- Two cups maida
- Half cup rice flour
- No of properly sliced onions - two
- No of green chillies-two
- One teaspoon cumin seeds
- One cup sour curd
- Use oil for frying
How to Make Bonda
- Firstly combine all the ingredients.
- Now dip all the ingredients in water for about 1hr.
- Take a frying pan and heat some oil in it.
- Place the mixture in oil and fry it for some time and do this till the recipe gets golden brown in color.

Kadalai Maavu should be used instead of Maida as it tastes better than maida and is quite crispy in nature and provides softness to the mixture.
