Badam Halwa

- Badam-two cups
- Two and half cups Sugar
- Kesar Colour-two drops
- Ghee-one cup
- Milk-one cup
How to Make Badam Halwa
- Firstly take some hot water and keep some almonds in it for about one hr.
- Now remove the outer portion of almonds and grind it with help to form a paste type mixture.
- Prepare some sugar syrup and start boiling it until the time it reaches one string consistency.
- Now add some badam paste to the mixture and start cooking it and do this till the time it becomes thick.
- Add some kesar colour to the mixture and finally add small amount of ghee on a low flame while continuing the stirring procedure.

Halwa gets thicken during the stirring process and will come along with spatula. Make sure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
