Chhena Payesh
Brief Description

Time to Prepare Minutes - 10-20 Time for cooking Minutes - 20-25 Serves Pieces - 4 Ingredients For Chhena Payesh
- Milk - 1/2 litre
- Condensed milk - 1 tin
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1 cup
- Nuts - 2 tablespoons
- Raisins - 2 tablespoons
How to make Chhena Payesh
- First take the sugar and water and make the thin syrup. In a large glass bowl combine the chhena and hot syrup and knead well.
- In a deep bottomed pan combined the milk and condensed milk and heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the mixture into the chhena after cooling milk warm. Keep it into a bowl.
- Add the raisins and nuts and blend it well. Refrigerate and Serve chilled.
