Total Preparation Time 15 minutes Total Cooking Time 30 minutes Servings 4 Ingredients of Soya Ragi Roti
- 1 cup Ragi Flour
- 1/2 cup Soya Flour
- 1/2 cup Fried Gram Dal Flour
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Cooked Rice
- 1 cup leaves of DrumstickĀ
- Ā½ cup of Finely chopped Onion
- 1 tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Chillies
- Salt Acc to Taste
- For Frying- Oil
How to make Soya Ragi Roti
- Mix flour with salt in a bowl, and mash cooked rice separately in a bowl.
- Now add onion, mashed rice, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped drumstick leaves to the flour.
- Now make smooth dough of the mixture.
- Make small rolls from the dough; give them a disc shape by placing them on a butter paper.
- Now place roti on griddle, cook upside down, and then carefully remove the butter paper.
- Fry these roti by applying little oil to it on both of its sides.
- Serve immediately with pudhina chutney.
