Brief Description
Missi Roti is basically from the state of Rajasthan. The aroma of this roti is so pleasant that can hit one’s nostrils.
Total Preparation Time 10 minutes Total Cooking Time 30 minutes Servings 20 Ingredients of Missi Roti
- Besan (Bengal Gram Flour)- 1 1/2 cups
- Plain Flour (Maida)- 3/4 cup
- Whole Wheat Flour- 3/4 cup
- Finely Chopped 1 onino
- Finely Chopped 2-3 green chillies
- Carom Seeds- 1 tablespoon
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves- 2 tablespoon
- Ghee- 4 tablespoon
- Salt Acc to Taste
How to make Missi Roti
- Mix all the ingredients along with water in a bowl to make dough.
- Pump the dough with soft hands. Keep aside for 20-30 min. Pump it again.
- Now make equal portions from dough, give a disc shape by roller.
- Cook them on a hot tava by applying ghee on both sides.
- Cook tills the color changes to light brown.
- Serve immediately with butter.
