Khasta means cruncy, crispy. Khasta roti is very tasty and nutritious. Generally it is served with hot gravies.

- Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta)- 2 cups
- Milk Powder- 1/2 cup
- Baking Soda- 1 tablespoon
- Salt- ½ tablespoon
- Oil- 1 tablespoon
How to make Khasta Roti
- Mix all ingredients into a big bowl and make dough.
- Make small balls from dough and roll them into a disc shape.
- Cook them on a griddle.
- Apply butter on one side.
- Serve with hot gravy.
