Brief Description
These Rotis are ideal for breakfast as coriander leaves add aroma to them.
Total Preparation Time 20 minutes Total Cooking Time 30 minutes Servings 8 Ingredients of Coriander Roti
- Wheat Flour- 2 cups
- Fresh Coriander (Finely Chopped)- 1 cup
- Green Chillies (Finely Chopped) -3
- Coriander (Dhania) Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin Seed Powder (Jeera Powder) - 1 tablespoon
- Besan (Gram Flour) - 1 tablespoon
- Haldi (Turmeric) Powder - ½ tablespoon
- Oil (Acc to Requirement)
- Salt Acc to Taste.
How to make Coriander Roti
- Put wheat flour into a big bowl.
- Add Besan, salt, haldi powder, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves to the flour and mix it well.
- Add finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves to the mixture.
- Add 3 tbsp of oil to the mixture and make soft dough.
- Divide the dough into multiple equal balls and make a disc shape of each ball by rolling them.
- Cook these rotis on a hot griddle with oil/ butter till both sides turn brown.
- Serve hot Coriander roti with curry, mint chutney, and dahi.
