Hakimpet Air Place (AFS Hakimpet) is aNative indian Air platform under this Training Command. This is located at a distance of 25 kilometer northern of Hyderabad in state of the Andhra Pradesh it homes the Martial artist Exercising Side, the Chopper Exercising School, No- 42 Equipment Store and additional models. Hakimpet today is one of the modern training platforms. Here aviators chosen for Martial artist Flow go through the 22-week term of coaching on this Polish-built ISKRA jet instructor airplane. Pilots chosen for Chopper Flow go through the term of 20 several weeks on HAL designed Chetak helicopter and therefore move on towards another 20 several weeks of coaching at the Yelahanka, Bangalore.

History

Hakimpet airfield got used at the Second Globe War as transportation airfield through the Elegant Air Power. When Native indian obtained freedom, this was taken over through the Nizam of Hyderabad. However, after this accession of Hyderabad with its Native indian Partnership, Hakimpet dropped into disuse.

The Transformation and Exercising Device (CTU) was recognized in year  1951 to offered Martial artist Transformation Exercising to fresh requested aviators in IAF. CTU was relabeled as the Jet Exercising Side (JTW) in year 1958 after it removed all propeller motivated airplane. In July year 1964 it got combined with JTW No. 2 (based in the Bidar) and got relabeled as the Martial artist Exercising Side. Hakimpet was improved to the complete fledged 'Air Power Station' position in the Dec year 1984. This Place Art gallery got recognized in year 2001.

Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS Hakimpet

Vidyalaya Kendriya Hakimpet has been one of earliest Vidyalayas of this Hyderabad area. This was recognized on 3rd September year 1983 in D M C position.

Mr. Diwakar Reddy has been the 1st Major who had advancing the Vidyalaya at beginning. This has been followed through the efforts of erstwhile Fundamentals, Chairmen and the devoted group, who assisted to develop and develop this organization for its existing wonder. The Present Major, Sri Krishna E Murthy, and its group are ongoing to do their best to bring on process to quality.

This Vidyalaya ongoing to operates in D M C position until year 2000. In new century of 2000, this Vidyalaya moved into existing university, which is the Place Hakimpet, Air Power Ranga Reddy Region. The university has been 15 Kms away through the Train Sec-bad station.

This Vidyalaya is having grand developing propagate over 15 miles of area. It has expansive gemstone, skate boarding rinks of worldwide conventional, well prepared kid's recreation area and wonderful scenery. Its organic, wonderful and relaxing position creates it a perfect position where providing knowledge is satisfaction.
